250 g quark

120 ml water

15 g fine oat flakes

Here's how:

Place all ingredients in a tall container or blender.

Then puree the ingredients with a hand blender or in a blender until a nice creamy consistency is achieved.

Pour the whole thing into a deep plate or shallow bowl.

As a topping, arrange banana, berries, flax or chia seeds, and chopped almonds decoratively and spread the almond butter over it.


Tip:

Smoothie bowls look especially great in bold colors. Depending on the season, choose the most colorful fruit possible.
