Tip If you didn't use almonds, roast them in the oven for 15 minutes beforehand. This will give the rosemary almonds an even better flavor. |
How it works
Preheat oven to 150 degrees fan-assisted or 160 degrees top and bottom heat.
Chop the rosemary and whisk it with the egg whites and salt.
Add the almonds and mix with a spatula.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then let it cool down.

You can also vary the taste and, for example, add some chili to the mixture before baking.
