Ingredients 700 ml water 65 g cornstarch Brittle and fruits for garnishing |
Here's how:
Blend marzipan and water in a blender to make a drink. Stir some of it into the cornstarch, then bring the rest to a brief boil on the stovetop. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and use it to thicken the cream. While still hot, pour into glasses and let set for a few hours in the refrigerator. Then garnish with praline and fruit, if desired, and serve.
