Here's how:
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line the baking pan with baking paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into the baking pan and smooth it out.
Add almond slivers and sunflower seeds on top, if desired.
Bake in a hot oven for 55-60 minutes, then let cool thoroughly.
