Dough-Wet Ingredients

3 eggs (size M)

300 g low-fat curd cheese

150 ml water

50 ml apple cider vinegar

20 g fried onions

Dough-Dry Ingredients

40 g coconut flour

40 g flaxseed flour

2 tsp whole flaxseed

20 g ground flaxseed

30 g psyllium husks

10 g chia seeds

7 g salt

1 packet of baking powder

30 g oat flakes

50 g chopped, roasted almonds

40 g ground almonds, with skin

Topping

30 g almond sticks

Sunflower seeds as desired

Here's how:

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line the baking pan with baking paper.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

Pour the dough into the baking pan and smooth it out.

Add almond slivers and sunflower seeds on top, if desired.

Bake in a hot oven for 55-60 minutes, then let cool thoroughly.
