Here's how:
Wash the arugula and halve it lengthwise. Place it in a bowl or deep plate.
Make carrot strips using a julienne cutter or vegetable peeler.
Wash and halve the grapes. Cut the cheese into small cubes or strips.
Wash the apple, core it and also cut it into cubes.
Arrange the prepared ingredients over the arugula.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and hazelnut halves on top.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with hazelnut oil.
