Ingredients 1000 g strawberries (washed and peeled) 200 g marzipan raw material (e.g. Lemke Simply Pure ) 500 g gelling sugar 2:1 |

Here's how: Place the marzipan in the freezer for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash and hull the strawberries. Place the strawberries in a saucepan and add the gelling sugar. Grate the marzipan. Tear it into small pieces, too, but it takes longer. Add the marzipan to the strawberry-sugar mixture and mix well. Place it on the stovetop. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 4 minutes. Puree the jam once, then quickly pour it into clean jars and seal tightly. Turn the jars upside down briefly to ensure the lids are sterile, then let them cool. |
