Ingredients

250 g butter, soft

300 g organic hazelnut butter

240 g sugar

3 g salt

3 eggs

200 g wheat flour

15 g baking powder

250 g chocolate drops

Here's how:

  1. Cream the butter, sugar, hazelnut butter and salt until fluffy, then gradually stir in the eggs.
  2. Finally, briefly stir in the flour and baking powder mixture.
  3. Stir in chocolate drops.
  4. Using an ice cream scoop, place the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake:

  • 190°C fan/hot air 9 minutes .
