● 250 g butter, soft ● 300 g organic hazelnut butter ● 240 g sugar ● 3 g salt ● 3 eggs ● 200 g wheat flour ● 15 g baking powder ● 250 g chocolate drops |
Here's how:
- Cream the butter, sugar, hazelnut butter and salt until fluffy, then gradually stir in the eggs.
- Finally, briefly stir in the flour and baking powder mixture.
- Stir in chocolate drops.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake:
- 190°C fan/hot air 9 minutes .
