1 ripe banana
Chocolate or couverture
Topping

Here's how:
Slice the banana and freeze for at least 30 minutes (or a little longer, depending on your freezing conditions). In the meantime, chop the almonds and melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Place half of the banana slices on a plate, add a dollop of almond butter, and place the remaining banana slices on top. Insert a toothpick and dip it into the melted chocolate. Top immediately with the almond pieces, as the frozen bananas will help the chocolate cool quickly. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate again.
