The main difference to marzipan is the recipe, as marzipan is made from almonds and the apricot kernels give the mixture a slightly tart, fruitier taste compared to marzipan. You can process it like all our marzipan specialties, so it is particularly suitable for baking, snacking and snacking, so if you are sensitive to almonds, persipan may be your alternative.
